News Report: Nigeria Labour Congress/Trade Union Congress of Nigeria Suspend "Indefinite National Strike"

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC) have suspended their “indefinite national strike” which is in its second day.

The suspension announcement was made after a Joint National Executive Council meeting this evening.

The Joint National Executive Council meeting was convened after a meeting between top executives of the organized Labour and officials of the Nigerian federal government in the office of the National Security Adviser earlier today.
